Before your logo or design can be embroidered, it must be digitized. Digitizing converts your artwork into a specialized file that our embroidery machines can read. This file determines stitch placement and provides a stitch count, which allows us to accurately price your order.
Once your design is digitized, we use this information to provide an embroidery cost estimate. We keep your digital logo on file for future use, so digitizing is a one-time fee.
We offer a wide selection of apparel available for embroidery, and you are also welcome to supply your own items. While we take great care with all garments, please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to customer-supplied items. Although rare, equipment malfunctions such as broken needles can occasionally occur.
When your order is complete, we will notify you that it is ready for pickup.
